  Role 
 Do you have experience across NE3/4 in Glasfaser deployment within Germany?
 You will be joining a growing fiber provider in the Ruhr region who have received private funding in order to deploy their new network across the region.
 Your role as the program manager will see you taking charge of external subcontractors and ensuring projects are being delivered on time and within budget
 Management of external partners as they participate on construction projects
 Overseeing works via visitations to site & ensuring work is up to relevant standards.
 Working alongside partners & overcoming issues to ensure build is completed on time
 Understanding of VOB/RSA21/ZTV
 Road Construction
 Fluent German
 Previous experience in fiber deployment & related civil engineering projects
 Up to €90,000 Program Manager
