Reporting to the **Program Management Manager**the **Program Manager**role involves manage and lead the multifunctional team assigned to the account that needs to be managed, focused on obtaining operational and financial results aligned with the organizational objectives and those of our clients.
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)
- Leader for Large NPI projects.
- Will communicate to external customer and upper management for Project status and day to day activities.
