Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Program Manager. This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days a week on-site in Hodges/Greenwood, SC. We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates within the United States.
This position is responsible for the management of sustaining engineering, new process development, and continuous improvement projects supporting high volume production of LV switchboards for commercial and industrial applications. This includes managing the design, prototyping, supply, and production implementation of wiring harnesses for switchboards to support programmatic builds and on-time performance targets for hyperscale customers. The Program Manager manages the project planning, execution, requirements changes, risk mitigation, and issue tracking to achieve organizational objectives. This position requires up to 25% travel.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.
