About the Role

RAM Consulting is seeking a Program Manager to support the delivery of major public infrastructure projects across British Columbia. Operating on the owner’s side, this role will provide program-level oversight across a portfolio of infrastructure initiatives while ensuring strong coordination between Project Managers, engineering teams, contractors, and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will help guide the delivery of complex capital projects, maintain solid governance and reporting structures, and support the successful execution of projects that are critical to long-term community and operational needs.

This role is well suited for a senior infrastructure professional with experience delivering large-scale public infrastructure or municipal projects, particularly those involving civil construction, utility infrastructure, transportation, or other complex capital works programs.
