Program Manager

Summary You will serve as a Program Manager in the NAWCADLKE of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. Responsibilities You will serve as the program manager for an entire project throughout the organization and manage project requirements, objectives, and metrics. You will provide policy guidance to action officers and technical experts and serve as the final technical authority for the organization. You will exercise discretion and judgment in determining whether to broaden or narrow the scope of projects. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-05 (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1.
