Program Manager

The role of Program Manager involves leading all aspects of a strategic Project Management team. The Program Manager will have a full understanding of each client’s overall business requirements and proactively ensure that these are fulfilled, leveraging a combination of established localization practices and evolving technologies such as automation, AI-supported workflows, and data-driven processes.

The Program Manager must demonstrate leadership and client-facing skills, an ability to plan, and a detail-oriented project management focus. The successful candidate will be quality-driven and have experience providing business support, scoping client requirements, and implementing best practices for project delivery while ensuring client satisfaction.
