Job purpose
BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven individual to join as a Program Manager. Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and executing a comprehensive program management framework that meets customer expectations. Provides program management for customer programs with a smaller scope in terms of number of customers, facilities, programs, or strategic importance. Potentially involved in securing business readiness/quoting by focusing on assertive oversight of product launches, cost containment, prevention, and reduction throughout the product lifecycle, and comprehensive communication efforts. Working across all organizational levels, the incumbent must build a strong case for the program and obtain commitment from department heads to enable resource allocation.
