An employer is looking for a Program Support Consultant for one of our top Utility companies. The TPMO Program Manager to serve as a primary execution partner for Program Leader Engagement within the Transformation PMO. This role will focus heavily on facilitating, supporting, and enabling program leaders across transformational initiatives. Ensuring leaders are aligned, informed, and equipped to engage effectively with the business.
This role is intentionally leader‑facing and will act as the connective tissue between programs, TPMO leadership, and the broader organization. While TPMO leadership will retain strategic ownership and facilitation authority, this role will own preparation, coordination, insights, and follow‑through to ensure engagement activities are effective and sustainable in steady state.
