Requirements:
 Must possess supervisory skills for both staffing and children 
 Must be able to motivate and work well with a team of staff 
 Must be able to develop and participate in the delivery of creative core programming 
 Must possess Early Childhood Education diploma or University background in child studies, recreation or related experience in professional child care field 
 Must possess valid First Aid/CPR Certification 
 Rate of Pay: $24.17 per hour plus vacation pay.

 Shift times are before school 7:15AM-8:25AM and after school 1:55PM-6:00 PM with 1 hour allotted for weekly staff meetings and 5 hours for Admin time.

 Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge

 Various paid training opportunities available including High Five, First Aid/CPR, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc.
