Role Summary
Winnors is building an AI accelerator focused on resource management , using live operating businesses (care services and transport) as real-world pilot environments, with go-to-market exclusively in the UK . The Programme Director owns the day-to-day execution of the accelerator and platform, ensuring startup teams deliver production-ready AI solutions that integrate into our core platform (ResourceOS ) and solve real UK operational and compliance problems . This role exists to remove the founder from daily execution while ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and to UK market standards.
