Programme Facilitator (Bukit Panjang)

We are looking for a creative and energetic individual to join our Tinkering team, where learning is driven by play, curiosity, and hands‑on exploration. In this role, you will prototype, demonstrate, and facilitate engaging informal education programmes for children and families.

Design and facilitate interactive tinkering experiences tailored to children of different ages, learning styles, and backgrounds.

Collaborate with team members to prototype and develop both guided and self‑directed activities.

Adapt facilitation techniques and programme experiences quickly to suit evolving audience needs.

Source, organise, and prepare materials to ensure the tinkering space remains fully equipped and operational at all times.

Support the planning and execution of programming schedules that encourage active and meaningful learning.
