Programme Officer at IRC Ghana

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in project development and implementation

• Manage and coordinate projects with partners

• Provide content expertise/leadership for water, sanitation and hygiene service delivery

• Oversee smooth implementation of short to medium term projects in accordance with their respective planning, approaches and timelines

• Coordinate field activities, monitor project outcomes and track impact at district and sector level

• Support the IRC Ghana business development for fund raising and new projects acquisition

• Support research / studies, learning and communication

• Support IRC thematic reporting

Qualification Required & Experience

General Requirements and knowledge / Experience

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant professional experience, a Master’s degree will be an added advantage
