Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Programmer/Software Developer, Level 2 for one of our key government clients to develop, test and implement program code and object segments in accordance with design conventions.

Candidate MUST have the following:
A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability;

A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Programmer/Software Developer;

A minimum of two (2) years of experience within the past 4 years coding in C++/C# using MS Visual Studio for application development;

A minimum of two (2) years of experience within the past 4 years coding in Oracle PL SQL using SQL Navigator or TOAD for application development;

A minimum of two (2) years of experience within the past 5 years in programming using 2-tiered Oracle broker technology; and
