Volunteer Management (End to End) Support comprehensive volunteer management across the full programme lifecycle, covering both desktop based coordination and on the ground execution to ensure a seamless, well supported volunteer experience. Maintain accurate volunteer databases and trackers, including participation, attendance, and role allocation records. . Coordinate pre event briefings and prepare volunteer materials and toolkits, including briefing notes, run of show documents, and post event feedback instruments. . Act as a liaison between volunteers, internal teams, and external partners to manage queries, expectations, and logistical requirements. .
