As part of the Programming Strategy & Development team, the Programming Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Programming department through project management, special event programming initiatives, and strategic planning. This role will work collaboratively with programming directors, producers, programmers and hosts in meeting the daily needs of the department, ensuring that Programming objectives are met.

Strategy & Planning
Contribute to programming content strategy, with a focus on audience growth and engagement.

Audit programming content regularly to assess overall performance, provide feedback to senior leadership.

Analyze listener data and audience segmentation to inform programming planning.

Collaborate with SiriusXM US to ensure that programming initiatives are in line with overall corporate objectives.
