Program/Portfolio AI leader (Winnipeg)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise AI strategy by co‑developing a multi‑year roadmap with senior executives, aligning initiatives to measurable business outcomes, and centralizing AI/IT delivery into a shared services model that improves efficiency and builds organizational trust.
• Architect and standardize patterns for agentic AI solutions, enabling the development of reliable, auditable, and scalable workflows suitable for regulated environments, with clear guidelines for safety, orchestration, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
• Establish and operationalize standards, frameworks, and reference architectures for onboarding recent AI technologies (including generative AI and agentic systems), enabling consistent, secure, and scalable adoption across the enterprise.
