About the Role
In this new role, Project Accountant, in our Vancouver office, you will play a pivotal role in managing project financials and support accounts receivable for engineering projects. You will liaise between finance, engineering, and project administrators to ensure accurate billing, reporting, and contract compliance. Key duties include responding to project administrator questions regarding billings, maintaining project records, client invoicing, and receivable follow-up. The ideal candidate has to be detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in cross-team communication.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide support to Project Administrators ensuring timely and accurate client billing according to contract terms (Time & Materials, Fixed Price, Cost Plus, etc.).
