The Opportunity
This is a key client-facing role, managing projects from initial deposit through the planning phase and setting each build up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new home projects from deposit through planning & approvals
• Present designs, costings, and planning documentation to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants & internal teams
• Manage client communication and database updates throughout the journey
• Ensure a smooth and efficient transition into construction

About You

• Experience in wholesale residential construction
