Project Administrator Midrand

Job Purpose

Purpose: Ensure that all customer project implementations are delivered within the committed time frames. Facilitate and drive all the necessary end-to-end requirements for successful project implementation. The incumbent will be working with internal and external teams, including Internal Sales, Suppliers, Customers, Support, and the Installs team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Critical Outputs:

• Plan and implement the project according to customer specifications.
• Co-ordinate and brief the team members involved in completing the project.
• Ensure that the project is run within the agreed budget and according to the guidelines.
• Track and monitor the project and identify any deviations from the plan.
• Report on the project at all stages and update the clients accordingly.
• Evaluate project on completion and report on findings.
• Monitor the project.
