Job Description
We are currently looking for a Project-Based Human Resources Manager to support our project operations. The position is project-based and will be assigned on-site.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Manpower Deployment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for project-based employees (engineers, skilled workers, admin staff, etc.)
- Coordinate manpower requirements with Project Manager and Department Heads
- Ensure timely deployment and proper onboarding of new hires
Employee Relations
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases
- Implement company policies and enforce compliance on-site
- Maintain positive employee relations within the project
