Project Controller — Multinational | Dubai, UAE

A leading multinational organisation is hiring a Project Controller to strengthen project financial control and reporting across major programmes in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong project controls / cost engineering / quantity surveying background who can manage cost, cash flow, forecasting, and commercial reporting in complex, delivery-led environments.

• Own project cost control across the full lifecycle: budgets, commitments, actuals, and cost-to-complete
• Prepare and maintain revenue forecasts, cash flow forecasts, and monthly cost reports
• Lead progress measurement and performance reporting, including earned value where applicable
• Support project planning and schedule integration (Primavera P6 / similar), including baseline and re-baseline activities
• Manage monthly progress payment applications/invoices and support client-facing commercial reporting
