ACG_3692_JOB Our client is a large corporate group managing a portfolio of complex investment, construction, industrial, and technical projects. Project Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting Develop and standardize reporting templates covering project progress, costs, risks, key issues, and matters requiring management attention. Establish and maintain consolidated dashboards providing visibility into the overall status of the Groups project portfolio. Classify projects based on their current status, including on track, requiring monitoring, delayed, or involving critical issues requiring management intervention. Develop a regular and consistent information-sharing mechanism between the Group, project management teams, and project entities. Continuously improve project reporting processes, dashboards, risk indicators, and portfolio control mechanisms.
