Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the fit-out and completion of a large-scale office environment (~24,000 m²) accommodating approximately 2,500 employees. You will ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and meets quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor progress of finishing works from planning through to delivery
• Manage contractors, installers, and external stakeholders on-site
• Identify and resolve technical and structural issues in collaboration with the project team
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met
• Report on project progress, risks, and deviations to internal stakeholders
