Project Coordinator

**Position on Site in Ensenada BC****Please send resume in English****Position Summary****Essential Duties and Responsibilities**- Responsible for order entry in our ERP system while confirming all details are correct for each order- Submitting item setup requests and creating and organizing folders for all new orders as they are sent in by the sales teams- Prepare various customer-specific templates for orders including but not limited to packing instructions, price tickets and carton labels- Retrieve production samples from the warehouse and prepare them for shipment to buyers and sales teams which includes creating packing slips and FedEx labels and updating the sample tracker- Handle various other data entry and tasks specific to the customer(s) you are working with- Communicate with team members and other departments in a professional and concise manner- Overall proactive approach to work, taking ownership of tasks, moving forward as appropriate to meet deadlines and objectives...
