Project Coordinator - LATAM PMO

Description and Requirements

The LATAM PMO – Project Coordinator (ARS) is responsible for coordinating and executing ARS projects across Latin America, managing the full project lifecycle (planning, execution, tracking, control, and closure) and ensuring alignment with the LATAM PMO and the Sustainability team.

This role serves as the regional ARS subject matter expert (SME), facilitating coordination with extended teams (internal and external), consolidating information, preparing reports, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

In addition, during periods of lower ARS demand, the role will support other regional projects as needed, and provide operational/administrative support creating purchase orders and coordinating customer invoicing processes) in partnership with the relevant teams.
