Overview
The Mäntsälä education services are seeking a project coordinator for a fixed-term position from September12026 to July to implement the ‘Liikkeestä virkeyttä koulupäivään’ project.
Responsibilities
- Develop and promote a sports culture in schools.
- Create activity‑based curricula that encourage student movement.
- Support staff in increasing student physical activity.
- Plan, conduct, and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor and report on project activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Relevant higher education degree.
- Experience in promoting children’s and youth’s physical activity and well‑being.
- Strong interaction and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly.
- Experience with ‘Liikkuva koulu’, project work, and activity‑based teaching is advantageous.
