Project Coordinator
This position serves as a critical role within the Sales Team in overseeing projects to ensure they communicate all the details and specific assignments for both internal and external customers.This role will be responsible for planning and scheduling tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met throughout the life cycle of the project.Key ResponsibilitiesReview orders packages for accuracy and required detail as it relates to the quotationsCoordinate any discrepancies with customers and quotesSupport RSM with the COD or POD process.Support RMS with Project coordination calls and deadlinesOrganize various parts of an activity to enable collaboration and efficient communicationThere will be issues/challenges.Problem solving skills are essential.Time Management is key.Monitoring project progress and coordinating with team members/resources to ensure completing tasks/goals within established deadlines.Organization and Document Management.Required to understand technical doc...
