Project Coordinator

Opportunity Summary

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be part of a team that collaborates to provide creative solutions for our clients and external/internal stakeholders. You will be supporting the project team on an institutional project(s) in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting the Project Manager & Superintendents to ensure that delivery of critical project elements is expedited and completed.
• Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between all project stakeholders.
• Administer subcontracts and purchase orders, coordinate subcontractor onboarding and contract execution.
• Assist in direct procurement of materials, equipment and services.
• Assist with cost tracking and change management, processing orders, including assessing cost and schedule impact.
