Project Coordinator/Estimator (Calgary)

Position Overview

As the Project Coordinator for Video & Service Operations at Thuro Inc., you will play a critical role in coordinating the day‑to‑day operations of our Video Inspection and Service Departments. This position combines project coordination, scheduling, dispatching, customer service, estimating, and quality control responsibilities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and field crews, coordinating personnel, equipment, and project requirements while ensuring inspection reports, deliverables, and project documentation are completed accurately and submitted on time. Working closely with field staff, clients, suppliers, and the Project Administrator, you will help drive operational excellence and maintain the high level of service our clients expect.
