Volunteer Placement Overview

This volunteer placement is located in Lima, Peru.

Start Date: August 2026. Placement Length: 5 months.

Language Requirements: Spanish Level 4-Advanced.

Eligibility: Open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Canada only.

The Volunteer’s Role

The Project Development Advisor will assist the local partner in identifying opportunities and developing proposals in collaboration with local stakeholders and engaging with the Canadian private sector.

The volunteer will be stationed with the strategic partner to enhance their capacity to work with underserved groups, ensuring these groups are treated with dignity, able to reach their potential, and fully participate in society, all in coordination with stakeholders who can help them overcome their challenges.
