Qualifications Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil) 
Minimum 3 years as a Project Director 
Maximum age 54 years 
High‑rise building projects – minimum G+30 floors 
End‑to‑end project management experience 
Contracting construction experience 
Experience with projects of at least 1 billion dollars
