Summary
Responsible for overall projects, including Marketing, Engineering and Construction and Maintenance, ensuring compliance with quality & safety standards and engineering codes to fulfill clients’ expectations within delivery lead time and budget. Manages the strategic aspects of all project engagements and mitigates any risk. May have a wide range of different projects on the go at the same time, all at different phases of development in the local and/or regional markets.
Duties
Assesses project feasibility, productivity and ROI ensuring the risks and assumptions are well defined, communicated and proactively managed.
Provides valuable analysis and project design proposals to business owners and site senior management.
Establishes and maintains overview of project finances to achieve maximum value for money.
