About the Opportunity


Our client, a reputable mid‑to‑large Canadian builder, is seeking a Project Director to oversee a portfolio of institutional, commercial, and light‑industrial projects in the Calgary market. This is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding multiple project teams, elevating delivery performance, and building long‑term client relationships.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Lead overall project strategy, planning, and execution across multiple sites

  • Provide operational oversight, risk management, forecasting, and performance control

  • Mentor and develop project managers, coordinators, and site leaders

  • Strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners

  • Maintain schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards across all assigned projects
