Work Location: Woodlands (10 minutes walk from Admiralty MRT)
Work Hour: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (5.5-day work week)
Salary: Basic up to $3,500 per month + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Support
Job Description- Assist Project Manager in planning and coordinating air conditioning and mechanical ventilation projects
- Monitor site progress, materials usage, and equipment deployment
- Study and interpret technical drawings, plans and project specifications
- Prepare material samples, shop drawings and monthly progress claims
- Perform technical calculations for cooling loads, equipment sizing and electrical requirements
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
