Primary Functions :
- Plan review
- Project execution
- Supervisory role of Civil Engineering and Architectural division of construction
Specific Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handles both Construction Management and contractors in project execution related to Civil and Architectural works.
- Reviews plans and identifies possible problems/ clashes before they arise.
- Coordinates with on-site team and design team based in satellite office.
- Coordinates with Civil and Architectural consultants should the need arise.
- Undertake feasibility studies and investigate reports of possible/ current change orders in coordination with QS team.
