Project Engineer (MEP / Fit-Out) – Emiratisation (Emirati| Major Family Group

Salary: AED 15,000 to 25,000 per month (depending on experience + project exposure)

A major group in the Emirates is hiring a Emirati Project Engineer to support the delivery of MEP and fit-out projects across active sites. This is a hands‑on role with real project responsibility, strong stakeholder exposure, and a clear path into senior project / project management positions.

What you’ll be doing

• Support end-to-end delivery of MEP and fit-out works (planning, execution, testing/commissioning support, handover)
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to keep site progress on track
• Track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, material approvals, and site instructions
• Assist with site coordination across trades (MEP, fit‑out, civil/interface) to avoid clashes and rework
