Project Engineer / Project Coordinator Compensation:  Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 + Annual Performance Bonus 
Schedule:  Full-Time, Exempt 
Location:  Charlotte, NC – On-Site (Hybrid flexibility available after onboarding) 
Reports To:  Project Manager / Director of Operations
