Project Engineer

Opportunity: Kohler Bajío

Location: San Luis de la Paz, GTO. Onsite

BASIC FUNCTION: Under the supervision of the Project Specialist /CIC, this position is responsible for implementing the adequate manufacturing processes and continuous improvement projects aimed at achieving efficiency and productivity, reducing waste and cost, and improving working conditions using engineering techniques. Key tasks include updating standard times, performing 5S audits, and tracking KOS savings.

Specific Responsibilities

• Develop cycle‑time reduction, worker effort, inventory reduction, and floor improvement activities to enhance work conditions and eliminate waste.
• Follow up on activities related to cycle‑time reduction, worker effort, inventory reduction, and floor improvement using 7 waste‑reduction forms.
