Your Roles
- Manages all aspects of the construction execution, from site preparations to build-out
- Ensure that the construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems of the construction are aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.
- Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms on time, cost, and quality
- Document action items and follow-ups from project meetings
- Facilitate regular site inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes, and procedures
- Drive safety and sustainability
- Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant project site experience is preferred
- Be able to work independently, as well as acquire good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams
