Statement Of Purpose
To be the company representative and liaise with the Clients, Consultants, relevant authorities and residents as well as to manage and co-ordinate the Project effectively.
Job Description & Requirements A) Specific- Coordinate project works and manage the daily site operations.
- Plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution including implementation.
- Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.
- Execute project works based on the drawing / specification.
- Put in place a system to display / update / serve notice to residents.
- Put in place a system to swiftly / response and resolve any clients / or residents' complaints ' feedbacks.
- Attend site / project meeting.
- Laise and co-ordinate with clients, Consultants, Vendors, all stakeholders on all project matters.
