Job Description

- Oversee production processes to ensure they meet customer specifications and requirements.
- Plan, prioritize, and monitor production progress to ensure timely completion.
- Control and manage the entire production cycle in accordance with the master plan.
- Provide guidance on production techniques and ensure strict adherence to workplace safety.
- Support and advise the team in troubleshooting production issues and promoting safety awareness.
- Ensure final products strictly meet quality standards.

Requirement

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
