Project Engineer (Xico)

Under the supervision of the Project Specialist, this position reports to the continuous improvement coordinator (CIC) and is responsible for updating material changes, determining standard costs, maintaining SAP & VIS information updates, and keeping Quality, Production, and Materials informed via electronic media. The role supports activities and continuous improvement projects aimed to achieve efficiency and productivity, reduce wastes and cost, and detect opportunity areas in VIS and SAP. The candidate must have an analytical approach and be detail-oriented while managing large amounts of data.

• Responsible for the VIS activities: create the plate, create the parts, create the cross reference, create the mold number, create and assign the mold number to the plates.
