We are seeking a Project Executive to lead our Civic Market, with the potential oversight of educational projects within the SF, Oakland North Bay region.This senior leadership role is responsible for executive oversight of multiple projects, client engagement, team development, and operational excellence. You’ll play a strategic role in advancing XL Construction’s presence in public works type projects with emphasis on the civic sector while ensuring high-quality delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction across your project portfolio.Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive oversight for civic and education projects, including ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and client account plans for specifically targeted clients.
