We are currently seeking an experienced Operations & Process Improvement Coordinator to join a high-profile organisation based in Dublin on an initial 3-month contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional with strong business analysis, operational improvement, and stakeholder management experience to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Hourly rate: 25p/h
3 month contract 
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact for workplace/ facilities related queries relating to enhancing the employee experience for the shared building
Manage day to day workplace and facilities requests
Coordinate suppliers and contractors to resolve workplace issues
Implement and maintain a workplace request tracker
Document key workplace processes, procedures, and supplier contacts
Conduct a gap analysis of current workplace operations and services
