Job Purpose
The Project HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment across all NexGen project activities. The role ensures compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, aviation safety expectations, and industry best practices, while fostering a proactive safety culture across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing specialist HSE advice to the executive management on legal requirements and strategies for managing HSE risk.
- Reviewing, auditing and monitoring the implementation of HSEMP and Thales HSEMS.
- Providing the system safety team with Work Health Safety advice during the system design process.
- Participating in the system design review process.
