Webisoft is a premier development lab and venture studio specializing in cutting-edge technologies. We are looking for an ERP Team Lead to join our leadership team and build Webisoft's ERP practice from the ground up, with Odoo as our primary platform.
This is a founding role for the ERP department. You will own the full lifecycle — from partner relationship with Odoo, to technical sales, to proposal building, to delivery leadership. As the practice grows, you will hire and manage your own team.
This role is ideal for someone who has lived inside Odoo implementations, understands how to sell and scope ERP projects, and wants to build.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience with Odoo (or similar ERP) across implementation, configuration, and client delivery
- Proven ability to lead technical sales calls: discovery, scoping, solution design, and closing
