We are seeking a Project Management Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of the CEO and executive team. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects, initiatives, and deliverables stay on track across the organization. You will be embedded in leadership meetings, translating discussions into clear tasks, owners, and timelines, then following up relentlessly to make sure commitments are met.  It will be critical to understand the business and follow the conversations in real-time. The CEO is a visionary leader who moves quickly and depends on this person to bring structure, documentation, and accountability to everything in motion.
