Project Management Specialist

Role:

• Coordinate and support the design, planning, and delivery of programs, trainings, workshops and events, ensuring high-quality execution and participant experience
• Manage stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and relevant functions to ensure aligned planning and delivery
• Oversee processes, workflows, including implementation of business standards, scheduling, logistics, and service delivery requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and overall service quality
• Prepare and maintain reporting, documentation, and operational guidelines to ensure transparency and structured execution
