Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‐oriented Project Manager to support a key life sciences company with their artwork‐related responsibilities while acting as the primary liaison between the client and SGX.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, fluency in English and a solid understanding of artwork production workflows.
This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Artwork Management
Oversee and maintain artwork files within the client's artwork management system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
Upload, organize, and track artwork assets throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all artwork files are correctly tagged, categorized, and archived.
Troubleshoot and resolve any artwork‐related issues within the DAM system.
