This individual will be responsible for full project ownership, including financial performance, scheduling, team leadership, and client relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background, thrives in fast-paced construction settings, and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to complex projects.
Day-to-Day:
• Own execution of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, cost projections, and monthly WIP reporting
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking
• Lead communication with clients, GCs, designers, and subcontractors
• Review, price, and negotiate change orders
